Traveling Internationally?
Here are some tips.

Power & Charging

Pack a small, portable power strip. This can be a lifesaver in countries where outlets are limited or in high demand. Likewise, bring a portable charger. Cold locations drain batteries quicker, and if you need to brighten up your screen, that takes away battery life too.

Packing Cubes

Use a packing cube to organize your suitcase. This can help you find items more easily and make packing and unpacking a breeze.

We use these vacuum compression bags (roll up to compress, no parts required) and then these packing cubes.

Make Copies

Make copies of your travel itinerary, passport, and other important documents, and give them to a trusted friend or family member. This way, if you lose your documents or run into any other issues, someone will have a copy that they can share with you or the authorities.

Credit Card Points

If you are planning on traveling internationally, use your credit card points to reduce costs. We use our credit card points to buy plane tickets, and because we get 10x the points when we buy airfare, we are earning more points in the process. This also applies to renting cars, hotels, etc. Also, if your card has lounge access, use it! Lounges often have free food and better wifi, so you are saving money at airports.

We have the Chase Sapphire card and love it.
